Folding Bike Bag Centre Panel

Centre Panel made to sit between the two sides of the folded bike to protect from scratching a rubbing. The panel is made from 10mm closed cell foam with a polypropylene outer. The strap attached has a loop to go over the handle bar and anchor the panel and a strap that can be put around the body of the bike on the other side. The strap has a snap closure back to the loop and can be tensioned to hold the bike folded shut and secure.
